John Disi is the Director, and together with his wife Daniela they are the founders and leaders of the team, carrying the vision together. John is from Malawi and Daniela is from Germany and they met volunteering for a mission organization in Brazil. They have 3 children and have lived in Malawi for over 10 years.

They have gathered a passionate local team of 35, including a management team of 5.
